Deposit Agreement and Cancellation Fees

A $1000 deposit is required to secure your date with a $250 non-refundable fee if the event is cancelled 2 weeks or less from the date of the event. If booking is cancelled 15 days or more before the date of the event, there will be a transaction fee of $45 to process payment. ($955 will be credited and refunded). If a $1000 deposit is not received, the date remains open to other clients.
